...but since i woke up yesterday unable to turn my head more than 45 degrees to the left, the only thing that interests me* is my chiropractor appointment at 4 o'clock. until then i can be found lying on the living room floor, researching my hypothesis that daytime television has been developed specifically in order to motivate intelligent adults into leaving their homes between the hours of 9am and 5pm to seek gainful employment. ciao, darlings! ♥
*if you've already fried the bakon... i could probably manage a slice or two... just to be polite... :)
feel better Lauren! hope the chiropractor helps!!
ReplyDeleteOh, feel better! And yes, Daytime TV is enough to send anyone running for gainful employment outside the home. I used to be hooked on the ABC shows, and I told people it was only so I could feel better about how "normal" my life was. I mean, who forgets they had a baby 20 years ago?!?!? And that, oh, yeah, it was TWINS. And now they can't date THAT guy because really, there was this secret affair and the twins are actually SIBLINGS of that guy because their Dad was also his Dad who had an affair with your long-lost sister you didn't know you had because YOUR mom also slept around, and anyway, she's in an asylum, but she's corresponding with this dude and plotting a break-out so she can live with him on the lam, but in secret HE is gay and having an affair with this guy who is married to your cousin ...
ReplyDeleteHaven't had a TV for 35 years and have never missed it. When I'm in a hotel though, I LOVE to watch HGTV and do the same on my computer. Oh well enough of that... you are what's important here. Sorry you're down, dear girl. Hope all goes well at the Chiropractor.
