operation 50: WINTER

moving right along with a simple digital page for paper adventure. i realize that where we live (central new jersey) the winters are fairly mild, especially compared to canada, or siberia, or the arctic. nevertheless, i hate them anyway, and moan unceasingly for every moment the tempertature is below 32 degrees. just because.

(page made in broderbund printshop; photo from t'internet; fonts: mistral, polaroid 22, arial)

text reads,
Calendar picture, frozen landscape,
Chilled this room for twenty-four days,
Evergreens, sparkling snow
Get this winter over with!
(The Waitresses sum up my feelings admirably)

  4. GREAT job...coolio picture...I'm happy to say that it is sunny and warm'ish here in the Pacific Northwest. We've had a heck of a winter with snow and flooding...I definitely look forward to the spring!

  5. While driving in the mild snow from my parents house in PA, where it was definitely snowing up a storm, home to South Jersey, where we barely had a dusting, I couldn't help but curse mother nature for the icky white stuff... I am not a winter fan myself. :)

When you get a minute, you should pop on over to my blog and check out the little award I have for ya! :)
