SOS113: sky stuff!

this week at shopping our stash, we're giving you the sun, the moon, and the stars! ok, actually, we're asking ♥YOU♥ to give us those things; or clouds, or birds, or satellites or... well... anything you might find up in the sky! cool, no?! my only problem was narrowing down what to do, since i like ALL of those! then i saw this handsome tufted titmouse in a vintage bird book, and the decision was made:

(vintage: bird book + sheet music + lace; patterned paper: bo bunny, studio calico; frame sticker: crate paper; adhesives: stapels brand gluetape runner, 3m foam tape, sewing machine)

i had envisioned a mega-layered collage for this guy, but somehow, he was just not having it! so i pared down to a few pieces: pretty sticker frame, bit o'sheet music, a little vintage lace... and called it a day.
