something that has always been an unquestionable fact of my crafty life is that i make a lot of "girly" cards, i make the nieces' cards waaaaaaaaay too early, and i absolutely always have extra pink, purple, flowery, ruffly, blingy ones. so i'm not sure how it happened, but the other night when i was wrapping lindsay's birthday presents and stowing them in
the special birthday bag i made, i suddenly realized i did not have a card for her! yikes! luckily t'internet is always there for me in a time of need and after a little searching i found some challenges to combine and i made this, which i am proud to say the birthday girl really loved:

patterned paper: echo park, k and co, basic grey, glitz design, american crafts; bird and xoxo stickers: basic grey; big dotty flower sticker: sei; floral: prima; banner: pink paislee; ink: colorbox; adhesives: elmer's brand gluetape runner, 3m foam tape, gluedots, sewing machine |
i used
the current deconstructed sketch (#171) for my layout:
