heart the art: week 52!!!!!!!!!!!!

can you believe it's the very last HEART the ART prompt...and i am posting it on the very last day of 2010?! talk about your synergistic symmetry, eh?! :)

ok, so for week 52 miss gina gave us--appropriately enough-- NEXT YEAR! so i had myself a little free-form think about some stuff i'd like to happen...or that i want to work on...and kind of just lumped all my ideas together and then embellished the heck outta them. 'cause hey: it's what i do!!! ♥

and here is my super-full, over-stuffed, biggest book-ring-you've-ever-seen HEART the ART journal, in its completed stage, holding all 52 weeks of art journaling inspiration from 2010:

in summing up this project i have to give one last super-shout-out to the founder, devisor, inspiration and cheerleader of this project: the very lovely and very talented gina cunningham!

she put the "heart" in HEART the ART! come to think of it, she put the "art" in there too! if you're ever looking for a muse/teacher/friend with whom to spend an entire year thinking, talking, and MAKING art, i seriously do not think you could better than my girl down there in florida!!! now i am excited about the unveiling of her new "play along" project for 2011: USE PRACTICE CREATE

that she'll be hosting at the tyggereye art blog. this time, she's going to devote each month of the year to a different medium, starting in january with acrylic paints and ending up in december with watercolor crayons and pencils. i hope you'll join in, too--i GUARANTEE you will learn a lot and you will totally HAVE FUN! (which is the entire point, am i right??!)

thanks, g!

♥♥♥

ps: the lovely miss stephanie and myself are also starting a bit of a year-long endeavor tomorrow, it's called JINGLE BELLES and at the moment the only thing that's missing is *YOU*! so come on over and check it out!!!

last HTA "catch up" post!

and it's a triple-play! but i'm well on my way to my goal of posting ALL of my HEART the ART pages within the 2010 calendar year*--a first for me in a year-long journaling scenario-- i just want to be able to have that sort of bragging rights ONE TIME, ok?! so here are my pages with the exception of week 52...and i am going to tackle that one when i've finished posting this. :)

yes, i'd like to takeover the world in 2011...but first i think i will make further strides on my goals from the last couple of years, the big three being procrastination, weight and clutter!

i live in new jersey. i am used to the jokes. heck, sometimes i'm the one telling the jokes!

but it's a lovely place, really, and it's been pretty good to us. as you can read on the pull-out journaling card:

week 50: COURAGE
when i am stumped on a theme, i often look for a quote, either online or in barlett's or the oxford dictionary of quotations. sometimes the results are enough just to get me started; sometimes i actually build my whole page around what i've found. this was one of the latter times:

in case you can't quite read my funky hand stamping it says,

"courage does not always roar. sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day that says, 'i will try again tomorrow'." -mary anne radmacher

(i ♥LOVE♥ that!!!)

speaking of tomorrow, i'll be back then with the year's penultimate pixie dust project and then i hope to have HTA week 52 ready to show you on thursday!

*this is the third year i've done a year-long weekly prompt, and i highly recommend the concept to anyone who has even a passing interest in art journaling! in 2008 i loved elise blaha's PAPER ADVENTURE...which i finished in february of 2009; last year i had a blast with emily falconbridge's 52Q...that i wrapped up in january of this year; i feel quite strongly that it's not important WHEN you finish...or even *IF* you do...the fun and inspiration and creativity of trying one of these things is just SO valuable!!! remember there is no statute of limitations on papercrafting, so if there's something where you think, "oh i wish i'd've finished that...go on and DO IT!" trust me, you'll forget about the time frame when you are holding that cool project you LOVE!!!

heart the art double header (weeks 47 & 49)

i got a smidgeon behind on HEART the ART again, but i'm endeavoring to catch up before the last saturday of the year (which happens to be christmas!) so i can finish my 2010 year-long art journal project actually in 2010! i'm working slightly out of order, but as far as i know there's no law against that. :)

miss gina's prompt for week 49 was PAIR or PAIRS. of course my favorite pair is lovely husband jeff and myself. 2010 was quite a year; you may remember that we had a pretty scary 6 months while jeff was battling a serious case of vertigo. yet again i offer my thanks to every single person who left a comment, or wrote an email, or sent a card, or just generally kept us in your thoughts! it was MUCH appreciated and seems to have worked...he's doing really well!*

the page started out quite sensibly, i swear! we took an arm's length photo of ourselves and my intention was just to enhance it very slightly in photoshop and hit print. ...but somehow i clicked the "cutout" filter...and once i saw us as comic book characters...well, heck...you have to go where the muse takes you, right??!?!

when i scored a coveted--and unsolicited-- "oh wow, that's COOL!" from LHJ, i knew i'd made the right choice. yep, we *ARE* a pair!!! ♥♥♥

for week 47's prompt we chose a QUOTE that sums up where we are right now. nothing immediately leapt to mind onfor me, and i was mulling over a few different options when i read this quote of the buddha's:

"hatred does not cease through hatred at any time. hated ceases through love. this is an unalterable law."

how awesome is THAT?! (how TRUE is that??!?!) i don't know if it "sums up" anything about me, but it is definitely something i'd like to keep in the forefront of my mind...and immortalize in my HTA book...and i had a wonderful time playing with inks and scissors and embroidery floss to make my page!

so there you have it: super computery comic-inspired minimalism AND super-blingy buddhist maximalism, side-by-side in my HEART the ART journal; what can i tell you, i'm an eclectic kind of gal! :)

*knock wood! (sorry to be superstitious, but like i said... it was quite a year!)

heart the art: week 46 (HISTORY)

this is one of my favorite HEART the ART prompts ever! for week 46, miss gina has given us HISTORY; for which, incidentally, she made one of my very favorite all-time HTA pages...but then...so did i!

i don't think i've ever made a faster journal page! partially because i went completely digital... and yeah, it is realllllly simple and pared down; but mostly because i got so into the journaling, and the concept of time travel, that i really wanted the page to be plain and stark to contrast with the thought of all the sumptuous historical eras i'd visit, given the chance: ancient egypt, arthurian england, pre-colombian south america, the courts of henry viii and kublai khan and queen victoria...well, you get the picture, right?!

♥♥♥ history...i dig it! ♥♥♥

heart the art: week 45 (PULL)

for HEART the ART week 45 the prompt was PULL. as you know, i generally try to go with my very first reaction to these, in this case what i thought first was a self-directed bit of helpful instruction! :)

which i followed up with a few words of encouragement (under the removable journaling card), and concrete ways to improve (on the back of the card); here's what those look like when you pull the top bit off (it's on there with a sticky-back velcro dot...i love those things!) :

and thus we are another week closer to the end of 2010...can you believe the weeks are now in SINGLE DIGITS?!?!? no nor can i! but please...DO NOT say "the h word"* to me any time soon, ok?! :)

*by which i mean "holidays"! arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! now *i've* said it!!! it's lucky i've pulled myself together, isn't it? a lesser woman might well be PANICKING now!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

heart the art: week 44 (SMALL THINGS)

here's a little HEART the ART secret: for the last couple of weeks, i've had this page sort of half-made in my head, and i've just been waiting on a prompt for which i could use it! week 44--SMALL THINGS seems like a good fit, so here ya go:

a few years ago, i asked jeff if there was some way of placing a bird feeder near our apartment's (3rd floor) dining room window, so i could really see the birds up close. (there's only one tree near enough to eye level from our windows to work, and it's a weird, leaning, craning view!) he was dubious, to say the least, about whether birds would be willing to come SO CLOSE to us in the house in order to use the inexpensive feeder we bought, which he mounted on a plank by re-purposing some brackets that were designed to hold a window box. he also was slightly puzzled as to why i even wanted such a close-up view of our avian friends. but one of the MANY ways that guy earned the nickname "lovely husband jeff" is by almost always being willing to humor me, and he is absolutely always ready to take on a construction/fix-it project.

flash-forward several years: the plank has been upgraded a couple of times and now features a bigger, two-sided feeder, as well as a holder for the suet blocks that wild birds enjoy in winter, AND extra window-box rails for the "on deck" birds awaiting their turn at the feeder. from october to march we buy birdseed in GIANT sacks which gets dispensed daily out of a large sealed kitchen trash can that lives (cleverly disguised) near the bird-feeding window. and every weekend, an eager bird-watcher can be found in the chair that now resides by that window purposely to hold eager bird-watchers: avidly cataloging new visitors, chuckling at avian antics, and generally making this project the best expenditure EVER in our household.

care to guess *WHO* can be found in that chair most often and longest ??! i'll give you a hint: it's the bergold who is NOT WRITING THIS! :) don't get me wrong, i love the feeder and watch it often, with great delight; it just turns out, i don't watch it MOST often, or with GREATEST delight--that job is reserved for the man of the house! ♥♥♥

heart the art: week 43 (SPOOKY)

since HEART the ART week 43 fell right before halloween, the lovely miss gina set for our prompt, "SPOOKY". i don't know why that made me think of the silly photo blog post i made when i finished my nosferatu amigurumi this summer, but for some reason it did, and then it made me think that i'd really love to print all four photo-panels with the text on them...like a little mini-comic...and put them into my book. so i did.

fooling around in photoshop, i discovered that i could make the pics even MORE comic-book-like by using the "cut out" filter. then all i had to do was add the text, print it out, and affix the windows to some cardstock. as an art journal page, i guess it's pretty "out there", but it has two important things going for it:

#1: it cracks me up (which...really...that'd be enough for it to make the cut!!)

and

#2: it reflects something i was "into" this year, by commemorating the fact that i've heartily enjoyed both making unusual ami's and photgraphing them with humorous backdrops.

welcome to HEART the ART, nosferatu, i hope you'll like it here! :)

heart the art: week 42 (BIRTHDAY)

isn't it funny how the things you most enjoy *MAKING* are not necessarily the ones that turn out the best? case in point: for HEART the ART week 42 prompt, BIRTHDAY, i decided to make a page about jeff's 50th birthday...which neither of us can quiiiiiiite believe is coming up in just over two weeks (!!!)

i used some hand-stamped numerals paper, a cake cut from an old birthday card, a photo i rescued from my phone, my trusty dymo labeller, a road sign leftover from nephew matthew's birthday banner... in short, i combined a subject that is close to my heart and a whole lot of favorite stuff... and yet the result is *not* a favorite page! go figure. but my art journal has A LOT of pages and there's still room left for more, so let's mark this one done, and ROLL ON, week 43!!! :)

heart the art: week 41 (CONTINUE ON)

some of my HEART the ART pages are more universal than others. this, i think, is more of an "other"...which is probably why i love it! for week 41 the lovely miss gina's prompt was CONTINUE ON. for some reason, those words made me think of elizabeth zimmermann's famous* quote, which has at least as much significance in life as it does for knitting, imo:

given that this was my "gut reaction" to the prompt... (i try to go with those, in an art journal context) ...i thought i'd like to use the quote, but how to make it *VISUAL*? then, quite coincidentally, mari sent me a bunch of utterly luscious ribbon yarn, and all i could think was, "i want to knit up that gorgeous cerulean blue and put it on my page!" so i did. i've got some knitting directions for a background...some embossed & torn cloud shapes leftover from another project...and i printed my words on an avery clear label, which i affixed to the card from some my mind's eye ribbon, because it was pretty AND it happened to be sitting on my table when i needed a bit of card to put my words on. and that's it! oh yeah, except for the knitting needles...just for fun, rather than binding off the little swatch, i decided to slip it from my real needles onto some miniature ones that i made from LHJ's shish kebab skewers & hot-glued to the page, to illustrate the "knitting on" concept. what can i say? i kinda ♥ this one! :)

*famous to knitters that is; if you are not a knitter...or perhaps even not a knitter of my age...you may not have heard of the late lamented elizabeth z; which is a pity, because she was ♥cool♥!

heart the art: week 40 (PRIORITIES)

HOORAY for getting back into "catch up" mode in the world of HEART THE ART! here is my page for week #40: PRIORITIES:

this is the kind of art journal page i love most: the kind where you just grab stuff and stick it down without too much thought. almost everything on here was either sitting on my desk or in the "junk bowl" next to my work table. the ostrich i cut out of a magazine a couple of weeks ago...i just love the expression on her face like she's shouting something...and now i know WHAT! (cool!) ♥

heart the art: week 39 (& SCD!)

our heart the art prompt for week 39 was AUTUMN, which coincided nicely with this week's SHADES OF AUTUMN theme at something completely different; so i made a multi-taskin' 4x6" page that covers both in one fell swoop!

unlike most of my HTA pages, this one has content on the back, as well:

because as much as i do genuinely enjoy the crisp days, cool nights, and vivid colors of fall in the northeastern united states...i can never quiiiiiiiiiiite stay "in the seasonal moment" enough to ignore the fact that these will inevitably be followed by WINTER. bleck.

my favorite parts of this page are texty, fluttery, many-toned, diecut autumn leaves. wouldja believe i spent most of an evening making those?? uh huh. it involved watercoloring (with more enthusiasm than skill!) on various scraps of old book paper & then stamping on top of that...

backing the thinner bits with index stock & diecutting the leaves with the cuttlebug...

swiping the intricate edges (to very little effect) with distress ink ...and finally... wonkily outlining them in black pen.

as you can clearly see from the photos i took afterwards of the leftovers: at NO POINT until the very verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry end of all that did it look like i was going wind up with ANYTHING good! but while i was working, i was half-consciously thinking about bruce mau's amazing incomplete manifesto for growth* (yes, STILL--ever since january!) in this case the relevant points are 4, 6, 8 and 13; and...especially...#3, "process is more important than outcome"!

in the end, as it happens, i am rather *thrilled* with the outcome, but at no time during the process did that seem likely, so i am rather proud that i kept going anyway! ♥

*if you don't know what i'm talking about, why not take five minutes to read these brilliant, inspiring & practical thoughts on thinking and working more creatively? if you DO know what i'm talking about, why not take five minutes and RE-READ these brilliant, inspiring & practical ideas for thinking and working more creatively?! :)

heart the art: week 38 (positive)

yikes, i am a little bit behind on my heart the art pages--time to catch up, i think! (having said that, i am just a few weeks short, for only about the second time all year; those of you who've seen me doing other "prompt a week" projects know that this is HUUUUUUUGE for me & i am quite proud!) anyway, for the week before last gina gave us positive. i had a great idea that revolved around *journaling* in the center of this cute faux polaroid from free ♥ pretty ♥ things ♥ for ♥ you that i found via one of stef's awesome link love posts:

(digital polaroid frame: free pretty things for you; cardstock diecuts and word strips: k&co; flowers: prima & making memories; chipboard: mary engelbreit; tiny epoxy stickers: bc mini; inks: colorbox & stewart superior; pen: copic multiliner; adhesives: gluedots, tombow monorunner, 3m foam tape, sewing machine)

yeah. you'll've noticed there is no journaling on the finished page, just some really cute word strips. well, somehow in the middle of making this, it kind of took a left turn and became half journal page, half tribute to everything kitsch in my stash! but pursuant to the assignment, i feel quite ♥POSITIVE♥ about the result! :) (thanks, g!)

heart the art: week 37 (question)

last week's HEART the ART prompt was QUESTION. this page is really really really not where i thought i was going with it...but it's what i made and i have to say i that i think i like it A LOT! :)

generally, when i "go digi" for these, it's for practical reasons; usually because i have more to say than will comfortably fit on a 4x6" page in my big sprawly handwriting. and that is actually why i did it here...but somehow instead of just dropping in my photo and adding the text and maybe a frame, i wound up almost making a mini LO! i'm not entirely sure how that happened, but i had a great time doing it, which is sort of the point, right?!

by the way, in case you are wondering, *YES* that is jeff's genuine lunch, right after i assembled it, last wednesday night, for the first time in nearly six months BECAUSE HE WENT BACK TO WORK ON THURSDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

here's the short version of what happened regarding his vertigo: after A LOT more tests, and a whole terrifying sub-plot of seeing several neuro-surgeons, due to the discovery of an anomalous artery near his aural nerve... (which might've led to an operation that is not TECHNICALLY brain surgery, but has the same risks) ...while we were waiting to get in to see yet another specialist, jeff went on a second round of stronger steroids, just to see if there was any chance there was still inflammation left from the original ear infections (last jan) that might be persuaded to vacate the premises. and there was. and it did! and his symptoms cleared up--AND (more importantly) STAYED GONE after he stopped the medication! there are still some follow-up issues, and also a chance the full-on dizziness could come back the next time he gets a sinus/ear infection; but for RIGHT NOW he is FINE, he is thrilled to be going to work every day, and there is GREAT REJOICING throughout bergoldia!!!!!!!!!!!

many MANY thanks for all of your well-wishes, prayers, good thoughts, kind words and friendship...which really reallllllllllllllly helped and meant more than i can express! ♥♥♥, darlings!!!

heart the art: week 36 (TOGETHER)

this week's HEART THE ART prompt is TOGETHER. coincidentally, it happened to fall just two weeks before a significant wedding anniversary; yep, as of september 21st, lovely husband jeff will have been my lovely husband for twenty five years!!!

really the most prominent thing i feel about this is: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?! because i swear it was only like 15 minutes ago that i was 21 years old and wearin' the big fluffy hair and big fluffy dress that new jersey state law mandated circa 1985. and suddenly i blinked and

*BOOM!*

a quarter century just zipped by like it was NOTHING!!!

other than the fact that clearly there are serious liberties being taken by the folks in charge of timekeeping on this planet, i must say that i am genuinely still as deliriously happy as i was on that day, unutterably grateful to have had all these lovely years, and very much looking forward to ANOTHER twenty five with my sweet guy!

heart the art: week 35 (death!)

in a week which did not feature a fabulous reaper swap, i might have had to think for quite a while about what i'd say for this week's HEART the ART prompt, which is... (cue creepy vincent price style organ music) ...DEATH! luckily, this was a week that did feature a fabulous reaper swap, and my brand new tyggereye art stamp was burnin' a hole in my creative pocket, so it was easy peasy to make my page! :)

(hand-carved rrubber stamps: tyggereye art; patterned paper: basic grey, cosmo cricket, crafty secrets, daisy d's + notebook paper + wild faux bois digi-paper by andrea victoria, designer digitals; glossy black cardstock: ranger; label die: nestabilities; inks: stewart superior, ranger, colorbox; pen: uniball; tiny black pearls: kaiser; adhesives: tombow monorunner, uhu gluestick, 3m foam tape; other: sewing machine, manual typewriter)

speaking of fabulous reapers, inspired by said swap, my lovely blogging friend susan culotti sent me this awesome digi-stamp that she created specially!

how awesome is that??!?! i ♥LOVE♥ him! i especially love his little smile! thank you so much, sue! btw, if you sort of recognize that name, it may be because in addition to her own very cool personal blog, random on purpose, susan hosts a weekly inspiration/challenge blog called 52 card pickup, where the prompts are always cool and thought-provoking and sue's art is constantly fabulous!

heart the art: week 34 (dreams)

this week's HEART the ART prompt is dreams. one of my fondest dreams would be to become a serious traveler. unless we hit the lottery in a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig way that is completely unlikely to happen, but that's why they're called "DREAMS" right?! :) for this page i thought i'd make a list of my top 4 or 5 destinations...but as i started to write them down i sort of realized that there are not many places in the world that i would not like to visit! while i was thinking of a way to convey that visually i remembered that gina's newest digikit has an absolutely fabulous image of a panda bear hugging the globe; i printed him on a transparency to layer over some cool vintage maps and he became the center of my page:

(panda and tiny globe "buttons" from the green day digi kit by gina cunningham, tyggereye art; lots and lots of vintage maps and travel icons from various old books and pamphlets; love elsie "travel dreams" rub-on; oriental trading co minibrads; ranger distress ink; adhesives: tombow monorunner, uhu gluestick, 3m foam tape, sewing machine)

ok yeah, it's a little crowded on there--once again i am metaphorically bumping my head on the low ceilings of a 4x6" page format! but then whenever i think about the places i would go if time and money were no object, i do feel almost overwhelmed by how many amazing sights there are out in the big wide world; so maybe a slightly smooshed and crowded page *WORKS*, eh??! :)

speaking of the kit in question, it's called GREEN DAY and it looks a bit like this:

it's one of gina's new "mini-kits" that she's listed in her etsy shop for only .99 cents! i'd call that a pretty fab value since it's got six 12x12 papers and a bunch of rather fab eco-themed elements... (wouldja LOOK at that gorgeous tree??!) ...and of course digi-crafting is the ultimate earth-friendly option, since you only need to print whatever elements you're actually going to use at any given time! check it out HERE! ♥

heart the art: week 33 (wonder)

happy saturday, darlings! of course saturday is HEART the ART day, so be sure to head over to gina's next and see what this week's prompt is! i'm actually just posting last week's page, for which the theme was WONDER. there were a lot of ways to go for this one...and at some point or another during the week i probably considered most of them...but for some reason i kept coming back to "wonder woman"; eventually, i gave up and just went with it!

this was a pretty fast digi page: i grabbed that fun graphic from a google search, put my text on in a couple of fonts, made a nice little border... and that's about it. i kept trying to make it fancier, but it sort of resisted all my efforts--well, heck, wonder woman doesn't need much help, does she?! :)

heart the art: week 32 (tell yourself)

for this week's HEART the ART prompt, gina has invited us to tell ourselves something...an affirmation, a wake up call, whatever...as she puts it, "a message from you to you"! i decided to give myself a bit of much needed advice:

(monsta stamps: tyggereye art; patterned paper: prima, my mind's eye, love elsie, scenic route, basic grey + vintage map & vintage ledger paper; chipboard letters: heidi swapp; alphabet rub-ons: making memories; palm tree sticker: frances meyer; adhesives: uhu gluestick, tombow monorunner, 3m foam tape, sewing machine)

as i've mentioned before, i am a figure of some repute amongst worriers. it is (i feel) my worst (but far from ONLY) fault. i come by it honestly: my mom is a worrier, my aunt is a worrier, my sister is a worrier; it's what we do. i'd like it to be something i do A LOT LESS. i'm workin' on it. as you can see, in this endeavor, mick-n-keef* are here for me. thanks, lads! ♥

*the one-of-a-kind monsta stamps gina carved for me last year. you cannot buy them, but she has lots of other awesome stamps in her etsy, and yeah...she takes custom orders! :)

heart the art: week 30 (rushed)

this turned out to be quite a quick HEART the ART page to make...i think i turned it out in about half an hour. unless you count the two weeks i spent *thinking* about what to do, in which case it was quite a slow page to make! which brings us round to what the topic was, for week 30: RUSHED.

if you've been reading m'blog for a while, you're probably aware that lovely husband jeff has been home for several months due to a very bad & slightly mysterious case of vertigo. we've been seeing lots of doctors and having lots of tests and taking quite a few medications. thankfully, most of the really scary neurological possibilities have been ruled out; unfortunately the exact problem is still unclear. the main thing i've noticed is that there is A LOT of "hurry up and wait" involved in this scenario! brief periods of intense, frantic (and stressful!) activity are interspersed with lonnnnnnnng, drawn out (and stressful!) delays. at the moment, having rushed around all last week doing the latest round of appointments...we are now waiting to get in to see yet another specialist for a series of tests that are only done at one clinic... (which, luckily, is in philadelphia, only an hour's train ride away!) of course we are massively grateful to have so many medical options, to have insurance, to have wonderful & supportive friends and family, but this process is not easy, and it's certainly not quick! yikes. however, we're getting through it and once again i offer many thanks for all of your continued good thoughts and wishes--we hope to have some more definitively good news soon!

heart the art: week 29 (falling for)

i'm just catching up on the last couple weeks of HEART the ART; ideally this would've happened *before* i did my exciting guest-host stint yesterday (thanks, g!) but better late than never, right?

actually, if i had done this one on time, it quite literally would not have been the same page, even though my idea and content are exactly the same. see, i always intended to use the prompt "FALLING FOR" to make a little list of stuff on which i am particularly keen just now, but i didn't really have a specific vision of how it would look. then yesterday, a box arrived yesterday from my mother-in-law, full of these vintage luscious linen and lace goodies...

...and suddenly i knew i had to sew a few of those gorgeous battenburg lace flowers to something appropriately funky and vintage-feeling, and it seemed like a good idea to add a bunch of gorgeous k&co butterflies, and the next thing i knew i was layering and layering and layering... (this went on for some time b/c i was in my "happy place"!) :) ...until finally i added a bit of that divine & funky mushroom colored lace at the very end and called it a night!

yeah... punctuality is over-rated!

(~materials~ vintage: lace, trimmings & book paper; digistuffs: rainy days paper (printed on inkjet transparency) by dianne rigdon, scrap artist; french ooh la la tickets by rhonna farrer, house of three; font: ck typewriter; patterned paper & diecuts: k&co; edge punch: fiskars; spray inks: glimmer mist & ranger distress re-inkers; other: sewing machine, glimmer screen flourish used as a stamp; adhesives: gluedots, 3m foam tape, tombow monorunner)
