one more flower-encrusted card

it turns out that one i had all the dimensional florals out to make my SOS cards the other day, i couldn't quite stop using them! i think i *might* be in a "flower phase" lol!

patterned paper: jillybean, glitz design, florals: prima; leaves: petaloo; trimmings: paper anthology; edge distresser: prima; pearl swirl: eyelet outlet; ink: ranger; adhesives: elmers brand gluetape, beacon 3in1, sewing machine

i'm also definitely in a shabby chic/distressed type of mood these days, as you can tell from the curled and tattered edges that i've stitched a bit further in, so that i could let them be loose and funky. pretty sure all of this is inspired by the fact that i started following prima marketing on instagram recently, and every time i see the amazing layer-upon-layer creations from their DT i feel the way i did when i saw my very first prima projects on a papercrafting board, circa... what... 2002 or so?? you can't say i'm not consistent, eh?

i'm off to two different annual local rummage/garage type sales today, hoping to stumble upon some fab bargains... wish me luck, darlings! ♥
