this week's challenge at shopping our stash is pretty self-explanatory, i think; we want to see projects that feature silhouetted images. fun, right? here's what i made:
woodgrain silhoutte sticker: amy tangerine/american crafts; patterned paper: pink paislee, doodlebug, glitz design; border stickers: crate paper; florals: prima; brad: mme; epoxy/rubber stickers: recollections; sticky pearls: eyelet outlet; adhesives: elmers brand gluetape, 3m foam tape, gluedots, sewing machine |
check out all the fabulous dt projects at SOS for more inspiration and then be sure to link up your own gorgeous silhouette-based card before next monday night! ♥
Congratulations on your win. I like to play with Sketch Saturday too. Your silhouette card is gorgeous that stitching is perfection. Love your card.
ReplyDeleteI thought I saw your win over there, then when I went to congratulate you, my forgetful brain could not recall the challenge and I saw a squirrel (attention span... lol).
ReplyDeleteThis is so great! Woodgrain always wins-- what a cool silhouette! Of course, your mixy-matchy ROCKS!
WOW!! I just went to see your winning card, just beautiful, congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd this silhouette card is gorgeous, so feminine with that spray of flowers and the beautiful pattern paper.
Your stitching is over the top, so straight and even, specially around the die cut, just awesome.
Hugs,
Maria.
I love silhouette's. This reminds me of a picture I had as a child and brings such nice memories. Love the composition. Glad you could join us at Sketch Saturday this week. Good luck.
