all of the design team goodies at the city crafter challenge blog are gorgeous every single week, of course, but for this week's challenge (#112: coppelia) they are even more than usually extraordinary, and i couldn't wait to get stuck in!
(vintage: ballerina, sheet music; patterned paper: k and co, prima, transparency frame: glitz; rub-ons: glitz, basic grey, mambi; flourish and doily packaging: prima; border stickers: crate paper; butterfly wings: daisy d's; adhesives: tombow monorunner, scotch gluestick, 3m foam tape, sewing machine)
i found the ballerina in a vintage book about dancing, the sheet music in my etsy collection, and the rest of the (MANY) additional embellies in my stash. i found the roadmap i used at retrosketches (#14)...
...but missed the deadline. for that matter, i am not exactly in their fabulous "C&S" vein either, so it might be just as well, lol! :) still i had a GREAT time making this, and do hope you'll check out the lovely ladies at both of these inspiring websites! ♥
