or rather...a HEADER day. i've been wanting a new one.
i was thinking it'd be autumn or winter themed, but apparently i'm (still) completely obsessed with making little scenes which have trees and clouds and little deers in them. so that's what i did instead. ah well...season, schmeason!
(patterned paper: basic grey, love elsie, doodlebug, michaels + vintage ledger paper & pages from an old russian language book; gems: k&co; inks: colorbox; pen: zigwriter)
having said that, please accept my heartiest wishes for a treat-full, trick-less,
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
thanks for your nice comment on my blog..
ReplyDeleteI always use chipboard like this, I know a lot of different ways, but this one is defenitly still my favourite..
oh and I love the trees and deers in your banner, they look perfect!

Season schmeason is right...this is FABULOUS! I love it when people do their own paper crafted banners!
ReplyDeleteOH FUNNIEST THING!! I had a dream last night that all of us Varkians did the Nov.5th challenge at a hotel! We were all together in a big conference room and Jen brought loads of supplies and hundreds of people showed up. Except I was the only one who didn't get my sample done on time, so I got demoted to a conference participant. It was cool meeting you all though :)
Lauren, thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteI came to checkout yours...when I first read your "about me", I knew I would enjoy my visit...too funny!
Your creations are fabulous and wow, that's a great header!!! I really like the way you put patterned paper together and make it look awesome!
Also, it was great hearing about your ATC revelation...I never really "got into them", but maybe I'll have to try again!
Have a wonderful day!
Blessings, Maria
