(patterned paper: my mind's eye, pink paislee, anna griffin, karen foster, scenic route, prima; butterfly punch: martha stewart; paper-piecing pattern: scrapbooks, etc; rub-ons: all my memories; ink colorbox; pen: copic; label: dymo; adhesives: uhu gluestick, 3m foam tape)
the deer and tree trunk piecings came from an old copy of "scrapbooks etc" magazine, who, by the way, have an entire archive of free patterns online, if you like that sort of thing! (the deer is HERE) i used a martha stewart punch for the butterflies and the rest of the nature scene is cut from various patterned papers.
since this coming friday is the first in july, SCD will be starting a new format in addition to revealing this week's theme--can't wait to see what it will be! :)
