What's Going on in This Photo??

It's the last Stencil Sunday of 2019, which seemed to call for something a bit special. So I made a Manhole Mandala (yes, really!) using Michelle Ward's beautiful Manhole Cover Stencils and Stamps from plus a few basic circle and heart dies.
